Chef Maynard Llera

Executive chef of “The H Wood Group,” including restaurants The Nice Guy and Delilah, Maynard Llera is in the kitchen making a delicious blue crab arancini. He points out that if you are not a fan of crab, you can substitute in smoked trout or mackerel. He also offers up an extra tip to freeze the rice balls first before cooking so they don’t fall apart.
