Debbie is in the kitchen celebrating the all-new episode of “When Calls the Heart” this Sunday with a hearty bowl of minestrone. When preparing, make sure the onions, carrots and celery cook until they are tender, but aren’t brown. It will take around 2-3 minutes to cook the rosemary and garlic, until they get fragrant.
