If you have a table lying around the house you don't need or if you find one at a flea market or garage sale, break it down and use those legs!Wooden craft plaques for the top and base. You can get them round or square. They're inexpensive and you can find them at your local craft store.Wood glue or some type of wood adhesiveScrews, a screw gun, nails, and a hammer.Steps:

Cylindrical vase or clean empty canTwo sided tape (found at most hardware or scrapbooking stores)Rubber bandCandy canesWide ribbon (must be wider than rubber band)RosesInstructions: Wrap the two sided tape around the vase/can once approximately halfway down the vase/can. (The two sided tape will help keep the candy canes from sliding out from under the rubber band.) Slide rubber band around the vase/can. Begin inserting the candy canes behind the rubber band. Tie the ribbon around the vase/can taking care to cover the rubber band with the ribbon. Fill with water and arrange roses. Place Card Holders
