Oxaca Chocolate Sandwiches are inspired by the flavors from Oxaca, Mexico, where chocolate is grown and is part of the city’s reputation for moles. Ozxaca cacao beans are often ground and combined with sugar, almonds, and cinnamon to mix with milk for a delicious hot chocolate.
Meet Sorbet. She's a petite 6 1/2 pounds and five years old. Sorbet came from the West Valley Shelter and currently lives in a free roam room at Best Friends, so she's great with other cats. Just a lovely little purr machine.
