Meet Serena, a two year-old terrier mix who was brought to the center with her babies who will be available for adoption too. She is loving and sweet, gets along with other dogs, kids and cats.

Jesse Metcalfe talks season 4 of Chesapeake Shores
Jesse Metcalfe stops by to talk about the latest on “Chesapeake Shores.” He discusses his Hallmark Channel Christmas movie coming this December. Jesse also talks about traveling during the summer to Turks and Caicos islands and Ibiza, Spain and about his upcoming trip this winter to Brussels with his fiancé and her family. “Chesapeake Shores” airs Sunday nights at 8pm/9c on Hallmark Channel.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake
“Cake by Courtney” creator Courtney Rich stops by to show you how you simplify one of her cake masterpieces at home. Courtney recommends a light colored pan, preferably an anodized aluminum cake pan so that the heat will be distributed evenly around the pan. She tosses mini chocolate chips in some flour prior to adding them to the mix so that they don’t sink to the bottom when baking.

DIY Faux Headboard
Paige Hemmis shows you how to build an easy and customizable DIY faux headboard that will breathe new life into your bedroom décor. The width of the faux headboard depends of the size of your bed and the height is based on your preference. Paige uses peel and stick removable wallpaper for easy removal. She also recommends doing this project with a friend because trying to get the paper on the wall while trying to get rid of the bubbles may prove to be difficult to do alone.

Kym shows you how everyday grocery items can solve anything from dark under eye circels to bee stings. Baking soda and lemon can help combat smelly feet. Aspirin has salicylic acid which will dry out pimples and manuka honey has anti-bacterial properties that can help treat pimples.
