Red Velvet Hot Chocolate Cake
Mandy Merriman of “Baking with Blondie” is in the kitchen making the ultimate dessert, red velvet hot chocolate cake. She got the inspiration for this unusual cake by growing up with Utah winters and craving hot chocolate after playing in the snow. This is a three-layer cake with homemade buttercream frosting and a crumb coat. She finishes the cake with marshmallows.
