Thai Style Baby Back Ribs
Gaby Dalkin is in the kitchen making a delicious batch of Thai style baby back ribs and pairing them with a smashed cucumber salad. She steams the ribs using water in the foil before wrapping. The final result will be extremely tender ribs where the meat gently falls off the bone. After making the marinade, you can refrigerate and use it for future meals with chicken, tofu, fish or vegetables. When the ribs are done cooking, she tops them with peanuts, basil and cilantro and serves.

Each school can be sponsored by a church or community organization, who help collect the shoes for the students. She shares some of her favorite stories of children who have received shoes with the help of “Shoes That Fit.” Today, Elodie has helped deliver two million pairs of shoes to children in need.

DIY Oar Coat Rack
Paige Hemmis is showing you how to turn ordinary oars into a handy coat rack. This DIY brings memories back for Paige, who grew up going to lakes as a kid. First thing you will need for this project is an old oar. If your craft oar is not old, you can always paint it to make it looked aged. After you are done painting your oar, sand it down, which will help blend your colors with the natural wood. She adds anchor coat hangers with a drill then she hangs the rack on the wall using french cleats.
