Chocolate Coconut Pie

Pastry chef and author of “Sister Pie,” Lisa Ludwinski is in the kitchen making a decadent dessert of chocolate coconut pie. Add melted chocolate into the cornmeal, then add the eggs, to keep them for scrambling. She also makes a homemade ganache for the top of the pie, but says you should wait until it is cooled down before spreading on top of the dessert.
