She advises you to not marinate the chicken longer than four hours before cooking. The dish also has added health benefits, including the black rice packed with antioxidants and fiber.

Charity Tillemann-Dick
Opera singer and author Charity Tillemann-Dick visits Home & Family to talk about her career. She overcame a double lung transplant, first in 2009 and a second transplant in 2012. She explains that she needed the transplant when she developed pulmonary hypertension, which is a thickening of the blood vessels in the lungs. Charity also wrote a memoir, “The Encore: A Memoir in Three Acts,” available wherever book stores are sold. She even performs for the audience.
