Lifestyle expert and author Moll Anderson is in the kitchen whipping up a delicious dish that is also Paleo-friendly, which is a diet free of all preservatives and chemicals. She also points out that instead of using steak, you can substitute in chicken, pork or salmon. As a marinade substitute for the meat, Moll also recommends olive oil, garlic, pepper and blackened rub.
