Carolyn Hennessy Interview
The actress visits Home & Family to talk about her series, “Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life” which is available to watch on Netflix. Aside from the series, Carolyn can also be seen on the daytime soap opera, “General Hospital,” where she has played Diane Miller for the last ten years. Carolyn also talks about one of her other favorite hobbies, the trapeze.
Cooking Latkes
Executive chef and owner of Greenspan’s Grilled Cheese, Eric Greenspan is in the kitchen whipping up a delicious Hanukkah dish, latkes and adding a twist by preparing them with carrots and beets. He says the key to the perfect latke is squeezing all the excess water out, to avoid it becoming too doughy. He pairs the finished latkes with homemade horseradish creme fraiche.
