Tomato Sauce and Tomato Tart
Dr. JJ joins Debbie in the kitchen to prepare two mouth-watering tomato dishes. When Debbie makes the sauce, she recommends adding a grated carrot to the recipe for some additional sweetness. As Dr. JJ prepares the tart, she advises you to pat down the stewed tomatoes to avoid the tart getting soggy. You can always double or triple the ingredients store the sauce and tarts in your freezer for up to a year.

Huevos Rancheros with Black Beans
Author of “Shut Up and Cook!” Erica Reid is in the kitchen cooking the Mexican favorite, huevos rancheros with black beans. Instead of using eggs, she grills up some firm tofu to add the dish. She also makes it vegan using dairy-free sour cream, soy cream cheese, rice milk and whisking all three until smooth. She reveals that her family went vegan after discovering her children were suffering from various food allergies.

DIY Christmas Bucket
