Lamb Meatballs
Owner of Knife restaurant John Tesar is making mouth-watering lamb meatballs with a spicy kick! This recipe has been passed down from his mother, who used to prepare these meatballs for John when he was a kid. Along with the meatballs, he also makes a homemade marinara sauce and Mediterranean salsa verde. When the meatballs are done cooking and smothered in the marinara sauce, he sprinkles parmesan cheese on top and places it in the oven to melt the cheese. When he take the meatballs out, he sprinkles even more cheese on top.
DIY Craft Wood Bunnies
Paige Hemmis is showing you how to turn craft wood into decorative Easter bunnies. She uses hot glue when attaching the wood rounds together and warns you how fast it dries. Do not worry about the pieces being absolutely perfect, because it adds character to your bunnies. Whatever craft pieces you have around the house will be perfect for added embellishments. She uses cotton balls to make the tail, but before adding them, she pulls them apart to make them fluffier.

Chef Patron of Jinjuu restaurant Judy Joo is in the kitchen making a delicious spring quiche. An added tip to save time is to buy your pre-made pie crust ahead of time. After the crust is done baking, she sautés the vegetables with a homemade miso butter. Quiche is a great way to use leftover vegetables and meats in your house. She sprinkles goat cheese on top of the quiche, but points out that feta and cheddar cheese are also good substitutes.
