He pairs his lobster with a glass from his very own wine collection.

“Top Chef” judge, Gail Simmons is in the Home & Family kitchen preparing a delicious lemon tart and pairing it with a lemonade honey twist. She also points out that the lemon curd can be made a week in advance and stored in the refrigerator. You can even add a variety of oranges to the tart to change up the flavor and color.

Actress and author Tia Mowry-Hardrict is in the Home & Family kitchen making a perfect summertime dish, grilled watermelon salad. Before getting started, she talks about her passion for new recipes and notes that one of her favorite pastimes is cooking with her son, Cree and her husband, Cory. When it comes to this salad, Tia said she learned how delicious grilled watermelon was while on vacation in Anguilla, then created a salad around it.
Maylasian Black Pepper Shrimp
Chef Susan Feniger is back and today she is in the kitchen making Malaysian black pepper shrimp. Since the recipe comes together quickly she recommends having all the ingredients prepped and ready. Make sure you don’t overcook the shrimp, or they will taste rubbery.
Chicken Tikka Masala
Chef and author of AartiPaarti, Aaarti Sequeira is in the kitchen whipping up a traditional Indian dish of chicken tikka masala. She advises using canned tomatoes if real tomatoes are not in season. For extra greens, you can also sneak in some baby kale to make the dish even healthier.
