Chef Ryan Scott is in the kitchen making a delicious dessert of butterscotch pudding. He cautions you to go very slowly when adding the hot and cold ingredients together to avoid the whipped eggs from scrambling. After adding the butterscotch chips, they should be fully melted into the pudding after two to three minutes. When done chilling, he tops the pudding with chocolate sauce, shortbread cookies and whipped cream.
