Chinese BBQ Pork Lo Mein
Chef Jet Tila is celebrating the Chinese New Year with this delicious BBQ pork lo mein recipe. In this dish, he uses pork butt, but if you are looking for a leaner cut, he recommends a pork loin cut. The noodles in this dish represent longevity, bok choy represents money and the pork represents the Year of the Pig.
DIY Styrofoam Chocolates
Blogger and DIY expert Amber Kemp is back with a Valentine’s Day-themed DIY, styrofoam chocolates! These decorative chocolates may not be edible but they still make a lovely Valentine’s Day gift. This can also be a fun DIY you can do with your kids. She uses a styrofoam cutter to cut the “chocolates” but you can also use a serrated knife.

First, start with a photo you want to place on the pillow and attach using fabric glue. She recommends using no more than two chosen photos on the pillow because it will appear too crowded.
Roasted Chicken with Porcini Mushroom Cream
Executive chef Marcel Vigneron is making a delicious chicken dish with a homemade porcini mushroom cream. He places the chicken on a roasting tray with butter to get it a beautiful golden brown color. He recommends using a roasting tray, so the chicken cooks all over. When the chicken is done cooking, he removes the legs first. Brining is the key to get the chicken its juiciest.
