Chef Wayne Elias is back in the kitchen and today he is making a tasty and hearty filet mignon and vegetable pastry tart. The chef has been staying busy with his Crumble Catering business that handles some of the hottest Oscar parties.
DIY Butterfly Dome
Ken Wingard is taking a cloche and turning it into a fun butterfly dome. In order for this DIY to work, he recommends using 3D butterfly stickers that you can purchase online. Make sure you attach the butterflies diagonally onto the wire.

If you want a lighter biscotti, she recommends using cream butter and sugar as your ingredients. In order to get longer pieces, cut the biscotti at an angle.
