Bad Habits That Drain Energy
Natural Lifestyle Expert Sophie Uliano discusses the bad habits that we can avoid because they drain energy. She emphasizes that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. She recommends a breakfast filled with nutrients, like dairy-free yogurt, vanilla granola, dates, melons and almonds and it turns into a delicious parfait. She encourages you to drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day. Instead of depending on large spikes of caffeine, drink green tea to get slow releases of caffeine to your body, and to give yourself a constant level of energy throughout the day.
