All-4-One Performs
The famous 90’s hip-hop group All-4-One reunite on Home & Family and talk about some of the biggest highlights from their career, including serenading the Clintons at one of their 1997 Inaugural Balls! Aside from touring the world, the guys have also appeared on television, including “Saved by the Bell: The New Class” and “General Hospital.” They also just released their 20th anniversary album, "Twenty +," available in stores now. After the interview, they perform a medley of their hits for the audience.

The chef and owner of Estrella, Dakota Weiss is in the kitchen with Cristina to cook up some restaurant quality french toast! Dakota’s influence behind her restaurant goes back to the 70’s and the Laurel Canyon hippie culture. Dakota’s own mother was a hippie and taught Dakota how to prepare meals with ingredients she grew in her own garden. The french toast is a huge hit with the family! Dakota emphasizes when it comes to ingredients with her french toast, use real cream, sugar and butter for flavor!

Tracey Bergman Interview
The actress sits down with Mark and Cristina and opens up about what goes on behind the scenes of her show “Young & the Restless.” Tracey has been on the show since she was 19 and says that it has always been the best gig for being a mom because she was able to be present when raising her children. After the interview, Mark and Cristina play a little recognition game with famous actors she has worked with in the past including Kym’s husband, Jerry Douglas.

Code 3 for a Cure
The founders of Code 3 for a Cure, Lorenzo and Peggy Abundiz sit down with Mark and Cristina and talk about their mission to help firefighters. Firefighters have over a 100% greater chance of contracting testicular cancer and 51% greater chance of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Peggy runs races in her full fireman gear to bring awareness to Code 3 for a Cure. It was Lorenzo’s three battles with cancer that made Peggy start running races and raising money. After the interview, Mark and Cristina present Lorenzo and Peggy with a donation as a thank you for what they are doing.

Cristina Cooks!
Cristina is in the kitchen and taking advantage of the fact that it is fig season by cooking Grilled Stuffed Figs with Prosciutto, Goat Cheese and Pistachios. Cristina points out that figs are full of fiber, potassium and everything we need from brain and heart health. You can only refrigerate figs for up to two days before they go bad, so use them quick!
