Paccheri with Capers, Olives, Anchovies and Fried Bread Crumbs

Cookbook author of “Food of the Italian South,” Katie Parla is in the kitchen making a delicious dish of paccheri with capers, olives, anchovies and homemade fried bread crumbs. She recommends paccheri pasta because it is good for scooping up sauces and has a really nice bite when cooked al dente.
