He also tells viewers what they should look for when consulting with a plastic surgeon, this includes checking the medical board for past lawsuits and making sure that the surgeon is board certified.

He points out that you can always substitute the mascarpone with fresh ricotta in this dish. For an extra tasty twist, add bacon to the top of the meal.
