Sunflower Seed Butter

Sophie Uliano is showing you how to use an alternative to regular butter, but using sunflower seeds, which help lower cholesterol. She points out that once made, the butter can last up to 8 weeks in the fridge, but 4 months if you freeze it. You recommends using the sunflower seed butter in baking, sauces and even granola.
