Veal Milanese with Spring Vegetables and Carrot Puree
Mia Castro of “Hell’s Kitchen” is in the kitchen making a hearty and rich dish of veal milanese and pairing it with a vegetable sauté and homemade carrot puree. She breads the veal using flour, egg and panko bread crumbs mixed with parmesan cheese. If you are not a fan of veal, you can easily replace it with chicken, pork, beef or even eggplant!

Owner of Cake Monkey Bakery, Elizabeth Belkind, is making a delicious and refreshing dessert of lemon custard cake with toasted marshmallow frosting. She adds ten egg yolks to the recipe to make it extra-rich, but that also means you have to increase the amount of butter and sugar for the cake, too. Remember to use cold butter when mixing the ingredients because the result is a nice crumb cake.
