Mia Castro of “Hell’s Kitchen” is in the kitchen making a hearty and rich dish of veal milanese and pairing it with a vegetable sauté and homemade carrot puree. She breads the veal using flour, egg and panko bread crumbs mixed with parmesan cheese. If you are not a fan of veal, you can easily replace it with chicken, pork, beef or even eggplant!

Remember to use cold butter when mixing the ingredients because the result is a nice crumb cake.
