Tim Griffin Interview

The actor joins Debbie and Mark to talk about his new comedy, “Central Intelligence” where he stars alongside Kevin Hart. Tim admits that it was very hard to keep a straight face while sharing scenes with funnyman Kevin, in fact he calls it the greatest acting challenge of his career. Aside from being an actor, Tim also builds houses.

Toothbrush Hacks

Father’s Day Breakfast

Daphne Brogdon of Food Network’s “Daphne’s Dishes” is in the kitchen and joined by her daughter, Vivian and her son Rex to make a Father’s Day breakfast. Daphne’s husband, Mark also joins them in the kitchen. Today, Daphne is making olive oil fried eggs with Spanish pantry sauce. She explains that Spanish pantry sauce can be used in sandwiches, steak, chicken and so many more dishes. In the end, her husband Mark is a huge fan of his Father’s Day meal.

The actress talks about her new CMT series, “Still the King,” which airs Sundays at 9/8c. In the series, Madison plays the daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus’s character. She talks about the first time meeting Billy Ray and how encouraging he has been on set. Before meeting him, Madison did her research on Billy Ray using social media, where she discovered his obsession with his cows. Madison has always wanted to be an actress, even making her own horror films as a child.

Dr. Dave Montgomery Roundtable

Dr. Dave Montgomery sits down with Home & Family to talk about why men avoid the doctor. He explains the challenge, because men are always taught to “walk it off,” when they are in pain. This outlook can lead to avoiding the doctor when they are older. He also points out that many men view sickness as a vulnerability, which should not be the case. To change men’s behavior, he recommends finding a doctor you can trust. The doctor also reminds you to tell your man what is at stake if they avoid medical exams.

DIY Love Sign

Engaged couple, Jessie Newark and Dan Fallman stop by to talk about their upcoming nuptials. Mark worked with prop master Dave to make the perfect photo prop for the couple: a giant sign that spells “Love.” Since the couple is going for a boho-theme for their wedding, Mark painted the sign with a metallic finish to give it an extra rustic feel. The couple are very impressed with the latest addition to their wedding decorations.

Backyard Campfire Safety Tips

He recommends spacing your campfire pit at least 15 feet from tent and gear, also always keep a bucket of water nearby in case of emergency. Mark points out that a small campfire brings the family closer, using small twigs to start the fire, then gradually add larger pieces of wood as the fire grows.
