Sour Cherry Cake
Chef Maeve Rochford is making a delicious dessert in the kitchen. Today she is is baking a sour cherry cake. While baking she advises you to alternate wet and dry ingredients for a lighter cake. If you don’t have access to fresh cherries, you can also always use canned sour ones. When done, she pours a delicious orange sauce over the cake for an added zest.
