Peanut Butter Moon-Pie
Recipe developer at Shericastle.com, Sheri Castle is making a delicious dessert of peanut putter moon pie pie. She advises you to bake the graham cracker crust first and let it cool before filling. Once you finish the prep, refrigerate the pie to get it firm before serving.
