Dill Crusted Salmon with Cucumber Lemon Sauce
Chef Wayne Elias is in the kitchen whipping up a delicious dill crusted salmon and pairing it with a yellow cauliflower puree and cucumber lemon sauce. If you do not want to cover the salmon in dill, he suggests using basil or tarragon, instead. As the salmon is grilling in the pan, start making the sauce. After the salmon is done on the stove, place it in the oven for five minutes at 350 degrees. When done, he places the salmon on top of the cauliflower puree for serving.
