Dolly Parton Interview

The legendary singer, actress and producer Dolly Parton sits down with Mark and Cristina to chat about her upcoming movie, “Coat of Many Colors,” premiering Thursday, 9/8c on NBC. Dolly serves as Executive Producer of the movie, which centers around her childhood in Locust Ridge, Tennessee. Dolly credits her faith for helping her, so she could help her family. Dolly grew up the fourth of 12 children and discusses the death of her baby brother, a pivotal moment in her life. Dolly has also been staying busy releasing a new CD, “Blue Smoke,” which is now available in stores.

Cristina is joined in the kitchen by Dolly Parton to cook up some Fried Green Tomatoes. Dolly calls herself a country cook; it is not pretty, but it is good! She loves adding butter, bacon, grease and lard and makes no apologies! Cristina makes the dish out of Dolly’s cookbook, “Dolly’s Dixie Fixin’s” and it is a huge hit! Dolly loves hosting Thanksgiving and having her friends bring a dish of their choosing.

Scott Michael Foster Interview

The actor visits Home & Family to talk about his series, “Blood & Oil,” which airs Sundays at 8/7c on ABC. Scott explains that the show is shot in Utah, where at times the temperatures dip to 40 degrees. He has a great relationship with the rest of the cast and even admits they love pulling pranks on one another. Scott has also recently been named as one of Variety’s top actors to watch for 2015!
