Easy Fried Rice

Celebrity chef Daniel Green is introducing you to a fried rice recipe that anybody can make at home! This is a great dish to use your leftover vegetables like onions, peas and broccoli. When it comes to the eggs, slow cook them until they are fully scrambled. If you do not want to add shrimp to the rice, you can always use chicken or tofu, but if you want to get creative, he suggests turkey or salmon. As for the rice, the chef likes using jasmine rice, but says you can easily use brown or sushi rice.
