To save time, you can purchase the puffed pastry in the frozen food aisle at your grocery store ahead of time, take it home and bake it until it is golden brown. When you add fennel, it adds an nice sweet taste to the tart. She uses salt-cured olives for a smoky flavor. When done, she garnishes the tart with some fresh basil for serving.

Soul Painting

Lovitude soul painter Anne Pryor explains what soul painting actually is. She says that she first learned the technique after a friend of hers passed away and she wanted a way to communicate with them after-death. She also discusses the term “lovitude,” which is a combination of love and gratitude. Soul painting involves dripping ink on plastic and blowing it with your breath with a metal straw. She lets energy around her guide her with the artwork. You should give your art three days to completely dry.
