Thanksgiving Centerpieces

Materials for Pumpkin Vase Centerpiece

  • Flower vase
  • Synthetic pumpkin
  • Tape
  • Flowers
  • Knife

Materials for Teapot Centerpiece

  • Tea pot
  • Saucers
  • Small bowls
  • Tea cups
  • Copper spray paint
  • Succulents
  • Moss

Directions for Pumpkin Vase Centerpiece

1. After you’ve collected your materials the first thing you want to do is cut into your pumpkin
2. Measure the bottom of your vase & make sure that the hole you cut is bigger than your measurement.
3. Pre-draw a circle on the top of the pumpkin, to cut along, if that helps you best
4. Using your pumpkin carving knife carve into the top of the pumpkin
5. Time to make your flower arrangement
6. Take some regular tape & tape on a crisscross design on the top of the vase. This will help you place the perfect flower arrangement
7. Start placing your flowers in the vase accordingly
8. Once your arrangement is done then just take it & put it into the pumpkin through the hole you carved.
9. Ta-da!

Directions for Teapot Centerpiece

1. Once you’ve gathered all the dish pieces you’d like to incorporate into your centerpiece then it’s time to spray paint.
2. Take copper spray paint & spray your dishes. Let dry
3. Once dry figure out how you would like to stack all your pieces
4. Then it’s time to plant. Plant your succulents into the pots/cups/bowls
5. Be sure to plant your succulents according to the size of the pot & bowls. The bigger the piece, the bigger the succulent
6. Once planted replace your pieces into how you wanted them stack
7. Finish with some moss around the table & plants
8. Ta-da!
