Materials:
- Baseball cap
- Strips of fabric or lace
- Needle
- Thread
- Hot glue or fabric glue
- 3D paint
Directions:
- Cut fabric or lace scraps into long rectangles.
- Gather material together and work it around into a flower shaped design.
- Stitch the flower together with one stitch in the center.
- With hot glue or fabric glue, apply to hat.
- Embellish as desired
