INSTRUCTIONS

Slice lemons into quarters, almost cutting all the way through.

Pack salt into the lemon

Stick lemons into a jar

Repeat until jar is full

AND THEN YOU JUST LEAVE IT?

Yes!  You’re going to let the jar sit for 4-5 days at room temp. The salt will draw liquid out of the lemons during this time, helping to cover with juice. At the end of five days, pour fresh lemon juice into the jar to cover whatever lemon remains above the liquid line.

Now….walk away!
