Materials:
- 10'' or 14'' Metal ring
- Yarn
- Lace Fabric
- Pilt String
- Feathers
- Beads
Directions:
- Wrap outside of metal ring with yard
- Cut square of fabric to fill center of ring
- Attach fabric with yarn around ring spacing 1'' apart
- Cut away excess fabric
- Cut extra 1'' strips of fabric
- Attach strips of fabric to bottom of ring
- Add feathers and beads to strings of yarn
- Attach strings with accessories to bottom of ring
