Ingredients for Hydrogen Peroxide Pot and Pan Scrub

  • Hydrogen Peroxide
  • Baking Soda

Ingredients for Hydrogen Peroxide Surface Cleaner

  • Hydrogen Peroxide
  • Water
  • Essential Oils

Directions for Hydrogen Peroxide Pot and Pan Scrub

1. Sprinkle baking soda on burnt spots
2. Pour hydrogen peroxide
3. Let soak for 4-5 hours
4. Drain hydrogen peroxide
5. Use tin foil and scrub the hydrogen peroxide soaked baking soda
6. Repeat steps 1-5 until pot/pan is clean

Directions for Hydrogen Peroxide Surface Cleaner

1. Fill recycled brown hydrogen peroxide bottle with ½ cup Hydrogen Peroxide
2. Add 1 cup water
3. Add a few drops favorite essential oils
4. Replace cap with spray bottle nozzle

*NOTE: Don’t put hydrogen peroxide in clear bottle. Sun and heat will break down components and it will no longer be effective against germs!

Directions for Hydrogen Peroxide Fruit and Veggie Cleaner

1. Fill sink with water.
2. Add ¼ cup hydrogen peroxide.
3. Soak fruits and vegetables for 10-20 minutes.
4. Rinse off with clean water.

*NOTE: Spritz a mixture of ½ cup water and 1 tablespoon hydrogen peroxide on leftover lettuce to keep it fresh. Rinse before eating!

Directions for Hydrogen Peroxide Yellow Nail Scrub

1. Mix 1 part hydrogen peroxide with 3 parts water.
2. Soak nails for 10-20 minutes.
3. Scrub with soft bristle toothbrush.
