How You Can Improve Your Sleeping With A DIY Buckwheat Pillow

  • 1 hypoallergenic cotton pillow cover with zipper
  • 5 lbs pre-cleaned good quality buckwheat hulls
  • 4 cups of dried hops

Simply fill your pillow cover with the hulls and hops and zipper up. You can make a smaller travel pillow, and one out of an dust bag (that you get with fancy shoes).
How To Use:
Fluff up your pillow towards the center. Lie down, pull the pillow down just to your shoulders (but not on the pillow) and then nestle your head to fit.
