Materials
- Ice chest (hard-sided or styrofoam)
- Pvc pipe
- Small fan
- Ice
Directions
1) Place pvc pipe and fan on top of cooler lib
2) Trace size
3) Cut holes out
4) Insert elbow pvc in the hole
5) Make sure it fits securely
6) Insert fan facing downward into the hole
7) Place ice inside
8) Turn on
