Horseradish can be used as a muscle and joint reliever by placing it in a pain poultice.
- Mortar and pestle
- Grated horseradish
- Cloth or handkerchief
- Tie or rubber band
Horseradish Three Ways - Home & Family
1. Grind up horseradish with mortar and pestle to make a paste.
2. Place two tablespoons in a cloth and tie at the top.
3. Apply directly to affected skin.
4. Apply petroleum jelly to skin prior to using poultice if it is too warm.
