A DIY from Ken Wingard.

Materials

  • 1⁄4 yard of fabric
  • 20-gauge wire
  • Needle-nose pliers
  • Hot glue
  • String (to measure)
  • Sewing machine

Steps

1) Cut A 3” X 30” Strip Of Fabric.
2) Fold Fabric, Long Sides Together, Right Side Facing.
3) Trim A Half Circle Off Each End.
4) Stick From End Towards Center On Each End Leaving A 3” Unsewn Part.
5) Turn Right Side Out.
6) Cut Wire To 30”.
7) Bend 1/2” Back On Each End And Add A Drop Of Hot Glue To Cover Sharp Edge. • Slip Wire Into Head Band Cover.
8) Stick Up Remaining Hole.
