DIRECTIONS
FABRIC SANDAL/ VELCRO VERSION
(2 LOOKS/ 1 SHOE)
First measure the width and length of your strap.
You'll want to cut
it to the exact width of the strap but allow about an inch of extra length
because the edges are angled where they go into the sole. This will allow you
to cut it more accurately.
(Another option is to create a pattern out of paper by laying it on the strap and drawing the dimensions. Once it's perfected you can lay that on the fabric to cut exact patterns)
Next apply glue directly onto one half of the strap and lay the fabric on top. You'll want to smush it into place as close to the edge of the sole as possible.
Next apply glue to the other half and do the same.
Now you can take a razor blade or scissors to cut any extra fabric where it meets the sole.
For the leopard ones, I cut a hole in the center of the fabric to pull the t-strap through.
