Directions
1. The first thing you want to do is take the materials you’re using for the skirt & start duct taping around the waist of the dress form.
2. Once the skirt is on it’s time for the top. Just take your fabric/material for the to & wrap it around to the back. Then secure in with sewing pins (this way it’s removable later)
3. Then add your embellishments -hot glue on rhinestones. Add berries into your skirt. Add brooch to the hip. Whatever works for you. Customize it anyway!
4. Place on your favorite table top & you’re good to go!
