• Wood plaque
• Styrofoam wreath form
• Styrofoam skull head
• Paint
• Wood dowel
• Hot glue gun or gorilla glue

1. Cut off the backside of styrofoam skull so the skull can lay flat on plaque
2. Run the dowel through the jaw line
3. Cut a small section of the styrophone wreath and attach each side to the dowel
4. Paint plaque
5. Paint skull and knocker
6. Attach skull to plaque using glue
