Materials:
- Sawhorse
- Paint & paint brush
- Plywood
- Ornament (for the nose)
- Glue
- L brackets
- Sander or sand paper
- Jigsaw
- Screw
Directions:
- On your plywood, draw out your pattern – your reindeer head, tail and antlers
- For the base of the reindeer neck, make sure you cut the right angle to your sawhorse. Place wood against edge of sawhorse – trace that corner out
- Cut your antlers and ears
- Cut your head, neck and tail
- On the top of your head and the base of your ears and antlers - cut a two-inch notch (just as wide as the width of your plywood)
- Sand your sawhorse reindeer
- Paint all of your parts and pieces
- Attach with L brackets and screws
You can also add additional embellishments:
- Wreath around its neck
- Jingle bells on the collar
- Christmas lights
