Directions
1. Using your ruler measure out the desired pencil pouch size, leaving extra room for the flap
2. Cut the felt
3. Hot glue the felt, leaving the top portion unglued
4. Attach velcro stickers to create a secured flap over
5. Add embellishments with glue
6. Add pencils and enjoy!
