DIY Painted Shoes - Home & Family
Directions
1) Cover your surface
2) Grab your paint pens and start drawing your pattern
3) Use pieces of paper or card stock to create sharp lines - to curve around the heel and toe (anything with a straight edge will do)
4) Use varnish spray to seal the paint
