Directions
1. Connect dividers with hot glue
2. Spray paint- allow to dry
For Velvet:
1. Measure compartments
2. Cut out foam core or card stock and wrap in velvet
3. Hot glue compartments
4. press foam core into corresponding compartments
5. Pre drill holes for hook
6. attach hooks
