1. Take embroidery hoop
2. Stretch fabric over
3. Find silhouette of ice skate online, print out for template
4. Cut the ice skate shapes from desired fabrics
5. Fabric-Tac to glue down pieces
6. Glue on upholstery tacks for eyelets
7. Use cording for Skates
