DIY Scarf-Necklace Combo - Home & Family
Steps
1) Fold your scarf in half, into a triangle
2) Lay your chain in place at the edge of your handkerchief
3) Hand sew the chain onto the edge of your handkerchief
4) Use jump rings to attach any charms to your necklace
