Materials:
- Lace
- Feathers
- Glue gun
- Rhinestones
- Metal or plastic hairband
Directions:
1. Cut the lace to the size of the headband
2. Lay out the feathers in the desired design
3. Glue the feathers to your lace, in the layers you've designed
4. Glue the lace and dried feathers to the hairband
5. Add rhinestones if desired
