- Construction paper
Steps
1) Measure and draw pieces on construction paper to use as template
2) Draw all pieces on foam board and on glitter foam sheets using template
3) Cut pieces using craft knife or scissors
4) Assemble pieces to create top of carousel
5) Paint small pieces and let dry
6) Hot glue then cover in mod podge then sprinkle glitter on top
7) Glue to the top of the carousel
8) Hot glue pieces of glitter to the foam sheet
9) Assemble the rest of the foam board pieces to create carousel
10) Drill small hole into horse
11) Use bamboo barbecue stick and insert into horse
12) Mod Podge the horse and cover in glitter and let dry
13) Paint the bamboo sticks
14) Attach horses to carousel
15) Using needle and strong, sow the tulle fabric to create a tutu effect
16) Glue tulle and gold diamond wrap around the top
17) Add foam craft ball top Twist until tight
